Our process...
1. Consultation
The initial consultation is an easy 30-45 minute meeting to discuss the type of work that you would like to have done.
This is 100% ZERO commitment and ZERO pressure.
We will go over the general scope of your project. It's an opportunity for you to communicate what work you would like to have done, as well as a chance for us to explain how we can help accomplish your vision.
Afterwards, you are free to hire us on the spot, or think it over as long as you need.
2. Design
If you like what you hear and would like to hire our services, we will get straight to work! First, we take a highly detailed survey of the existing conditions. This includes everything from notes, sketches, photos and the use of laser measurements to insure pinpoint accuracy of your new design (Yes, we actually use a laser). Precision is the gateway to quality.
Our site survey, along with any details you can provide, as to desired/preferred: aesthetics, styles, colors, tile, hardware, fixtures, etc... (It's ok if you don't know yet. We can help with that too.) is then used to produce a digital 3D architectural model of your new design. This 3D model will also be "Geo-Located" and oriented on your exact location to provide extremely accurate shadowing from sunlight during any time of the day and any day of the year.
We will establish a 2-way responsive communication with you to insure that this initial design is finalized to your satisfaction.
Note: Though not available just yet, in the future, we also plan to provide a 3D VR tour of your new space using an actual VR headset.
3. Presentation
Once you are satisfied with the new design, as a final deliverable, we will provide you with a durable, bound folder containing high quality, full color prints of your new space. This will be in large 11"x17" format. The number of pages depends on the size and scope of the project. However, at a minimum, this set typically contains numerous views from differing angles, dimensioned floor plan(s), elevations, specifications, necessary details and other supporting documents as needed.
These are not necessarily intended to be used as actual construction plans, but rather a conceptual explanation of the design. Though in many cases, they can be used for construction. Larger projects may require "stamped documents" to be produced by a licensed architect and/or engineer.
If you already have a contractor or architect in mind, this is a PERFECT way to express your ideas and wishes to them; jumpstarting your project and saving you thousands of dollars.
If not, then what better way to get multiple bids on your project and insure that they are all on YOUR page!
If you aren't sure where to find one, we have also partnered with several locally trusted architects and building contractors with long proven track records of providing outstanding quality and service. We want to do our best for you, so we only work with the best and those who share our vision of providing you unparalleled quality and service.
Our process truly is as easy as 1...2...3...
